What people fail to understand is also that Zionism was not just a plan/ideology for Jews in Palestine, it was also a vision for Jewish *diasporic* identity. Much of Zionist activity has always taken place outside Palestine/Israel and was about communal identity and politics. Hence the attachment.

It’s remarkable how many people can move on a street when those people don’t feel the need to always take a massive car with them. Mobility in cities is about space.
Busy European street with buses filled with people in a long line of people on bikes, waiting for the light to change in a separated, protected bike lane. Imagine if all those people or each in a separate car.

Klar, dass Eon-Netzgesellschaften besonders stark vom Redispatch-Vorbehalt profitieren würden. Wie z.B. Bayernwerk haben sie ländliche Netzgebiete mit viel EE-Zubau, die schwach ausgebaut waren. Aber dass Reiche als Ministerin so direkt weitermacht, wo sie bei Eon schon bohrte - bemerkenswert.

But cultural transmission across generations is real and there is a lot of soc research about this. Values, educational priorities, family expectations can absolutely persist. So the data is also consistent with: England success = strong schools *and* families that prioritize education.
