hahahaha i think you’re basically contractually obligated to have beef with kzoo tbh. you had ten years to use it and i saw a good number of my hs classmates finish degrees right about the ten year mark which was awesome

yes! i remember at the beginning there being some focus on the fact that it was only guaranteed for those in the current kindergarten class onwards and people speculating how long it would last. so the fact that they can guarantee every new class and expand is just really great

there’s a scholarship associated with my k-12 school district that pays 60-100% of tuition and mandatory fees for any graduate at any michigan college (slightly different terms for private colleges). anyway it was just expanded to also cover tuition at any 4 year HBCU

my friend that was with me was MORTIFIED. but in my defense it is OBJECTIVELY UNUSUAL to start a child on viola

megan @itsmegab.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

i asked my civ pro prof what instrument he played growing up (bc very successful musical family, obvs he played) and he said viola and i responded “oh that’s weird” ☠️☠️☠️

megan @itsmegab.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

i’m currently listening to a recording of my civ pro professor’s sister’s grammy nominated string trio
