Season 3 of Euphoria felt more like fever dream fanfiction than a canonical continuation. Absolutely loved it.

Thought I'd find a film showing live on Sky Cinema to take a nap to. Men In Black II had just started. God I loved these films. Guess the nap is cancelled.

Things change, but right now, La Dispute might be my favourite band. The new Audiotree session is beyond sick. Jordan's vocals are stronger than on the studio versions. Sublime.

I get that it probably makes good sense to the bean crunchers to use AI in ads, but it immediately makes me take your product less seriously and think it's a scam. Some internet company add on that big online retailers streaming service just played and oh my god.

It rained today, so my wife asked me to stand up the plant that fell over in the wind so it can get some water. The plant:

Picture shows a dried withered plant in a plant pot. The plant shows signs it once had flowers but now appears dead.

When are we going to talk about the horrendous film categorisation on NowTV? What do The Green Mile, Gravity and Rocket man all have in common? They're classic examples of Fantasy Action apparently.

This is the last picture I have of Chappy with 4 legs. That was 3 days before he had to have his front left leg amputated. Probably the hardest time Nat and I had to deal with. Chappy was fine though, dosed up to the eyeballs on painkillers. 1/?

Yesterday I saw The Invite. Absolutely in the top two of the "films I've seen this year" category. Today I saw Obsession and super glad it's had this long a run. Great film, truly horrible. Finished The Bear, which went out on a flawless final season. A great weekend of entertainment. I am content.

First time we've had more than one fox in the garden for a while now. Playing some SERIOUS bitey face. Soundtrack - my wife making coffee.

Widow's Bay! I had hoped it would be a limited series but I don't hate that we get to spend some more time there. What a fantastic first season.

I'd never be dumb enough to complain about having work, but I gotta say - it really eats into your "watching films" and "playing games" time. My sofa must think we've fallen out.

Seems like people liked that so here's another angle! The foxes liked tearing at the weed barrier stuck in our rubble pile.

Forgive the state of my kitchen and garden but LOOK. I went to sort out my dog's dinner and was surprised to find 7 foxes frolicking in our garden. SEVEN FOXES.

I think one of the things I hate about AI is how often I see a cute video of an animal and feel no joy. My first thought now is about who posted it and whether or not it's some account spamming AI content for engagement.

Watching the third season of Mr. Mercedes. Its reimagining of the arc of the three books it's adapted is fantastic. They've kept the spirit of the books while pacing things in a way that works much better for television AND added a new storyline that's really compelling.

Saw an older fella scrolling TikTok or reels and every other video was of some scantily clad woman. He'd quickly scroll on to the next video every time, and when they ended being back to back he just closed the app and put his phone away. Porn exists. Protect your feed, my guy.

Life over the last few months hasn't exactly gone to plan, but this guy is 7 years old today and that rocks. When we decided to amputate his leg and not get chemo, we were told he'd have 3 - 6 months. It was a shock to us that he made it to his 6th birthday, and here we are a year later!
