So, if this Section is passed, every plaintiff will have to reapply for an injunction or restraining order, and a bond amount must be determined. Sounds time consuming and cost prohibitive. Meanwhile, 47’s regime will have given themselves carte blanche to continue any previously halted actions.

I read Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 65(c) and it’s my understanding the decision to impose a bond is entirely up to the judge, and they usually don’t. None of the standing preliminary injunctions or temporary restraining orders against 47’s regime have a bond. 1/2
