Am I correct to say if Section 70302 passes within the “big beautiful bill,” courts will be unable to hold 47’s administration in contempt for failure to comply with an injunction or restraining order WHETHER ISSUED PRIOR TO, ON, OR SUBSEQUENT TO THE DATE OF ENACTMENT… meaning every single one?!

I must make my own Community Note here… I didn’t double check the source and it turned out to be a false report. However, we all know that gelatinous bag of bones is not 6’3” and definitely not under 250 lbs.
