safely made it to Canberra for #EverythingOpen, volunteer briefing has been survived, and i have spent the rest of the day catching up with friends i don’t get to see often. and got to spend the train trip down chatting to Jack and living vicariously thru a train nerd xD

Just got back from #everythingopen (formerly linux.conf.au). Legit was asked a dozen times "is DevOps still a thing" in response to me trying to explain my métier as a systems engineer. Only reply I could think of was to use your notion of feedback between developers and the systems they develop.
