It needs specialty reconstructive surgery now 🥲 I've been doing lots of photography but Im behind w) uploads to that profile too 😭

Oh boy. Surgery next week already?! Time flew. The fractured pieces of my nose are still free floating and still hurt. Not much has changed. This Wed will be week 3. I have to take 7-10 days off from work though 😭 I can use that time on art if anyone wants sketches or badges. Oh and RIP surf season

Its been one week now. Much less puffy and SOMETIMES I can breathe from my nose, but I only get one side. The other has no airflow. The side that has airflow is still not enough to use 24-7 so most of the time its still mouth breathing

One last appointment and then I should be cleared for nose surgery 🥲 Its broken into three large pieces and will have to be manipulated back into alignment. My septum has to be reattached and a few other things. Nose packed & braced afterwards 😭 It could be worse but its still REALLY bad....

So uh.. yeah. Some h-rat punk kid on the train shattered my nose. One of my fav shirts ruined. Ive been bleeding for over an hour straight. NYFD was fast. NYPD were awfully slow to get on scene. Kinda starting to gray out in the ER

I need to secure at least $50 to cover my transit costs to get to work and back home until pay day next Friday. I cant legally drop my full color/shaded prices any lower so it would be multiple sketches (one commission OR multiple buyers). If ordered this weekend, I can have them done on Monday.

I can only open up 5 slots for these at the moment because while I am temporarily "laid off", I'm in the process of working out my certifications/licensing in my new state. 🇺🇸 sucks and doesnt have universal licensing so every time I move I have to redo everything😭 This gives me some art time though!

Half a week of being in NYC... Navigating the subway isnt too terrible now but BOY do I SUCK at figuring out the busses. I have figured out a couple of shortcuts tho like which trains to stay on when navigation says get off and take bus lol. Its no more complex than Chicagos, just MORE routes

Its a good thing I was out here for almost a whole week before moving here. That has made my subway/bus transferring experience worlds easier. I know where a majority of the lines I use run to and from and finding bus stops isnt too difficult now.

New free base available shortly! I had a random sketch in my files from 2015 and decided it would be fun to "reboot" it. Originally I was going to use my current style, but that didnt turn out good so I re-inked it using 2015's style except for the eye and eyebrow because this just looked better
