Specifically, talking about a rebrand sounds like summoning the devil.

Even if they prepare and organize it properly, the offensive would have to last for several weeks or months before a significant weakening of the Houthis occurs. And given the shortcomings of their opponents, perhaps even longer.

All of this has stems from a consequentialist understanding of morality that has plagued Western culture for roughly a hundred and fifty years now. On the wrong path, every stop is the wrong one.

Just as you have moral obligations toward people, and even toward animals that have not reached a level of linguistic capability or, in principle, cannot reach it.

A computer that plays chess is no different from a computer that sorts tomatoes or one that interprets X-ray scans. The fact that a vast amount of text was loaded during its training does not change a thing. You have no moral obligation whatsoever to computers.

The Japanese government and companies have recently allocated funds for the development of their own artificial intelligence models, microprocessor production, data center construction, and robotics development. We will see how much progress will be made in that regard.

That is not easy to pull off, but it is not impossible either. However, in modern politics, many commitments are undertaken without the willingness to endure anything to fulfill them. Hypothetically, the EU could develop its own digital ecosystem, but that requires time and money.

It is unusual that no one attributes powers of reasoning to chess-playing programs, even though they learned to play chess starting from a narrow set of rules. LLMs, on the other hand, start from compressed semantic content (what we have written)

How do we address the political betting industry and insider trading? What is needed is not just political leadership; moral leadership is required as well.

Were procedures violated in constructing the legal basis for carrying out attacks on vessels in the Caribbean Sea and the Pacific, in which hundreds of people lost their lives? How do we deal with the crypto industry, which has proven to be a major source of corruption?

Did Elon Musk participate in undermining the electoral process? Did the leadership of the Department of Defense perform strikes on civilian targets in Iran, including the attack on a school in Minab, through deliberate misconduct or foreseeable oversights?

On the nation. The administration is corrupt on so many levels that it is difficult to imagine emerging from its shadow without judicial proceedings and thorough investigations, including the president's innermost circle of associates.

After the conclusion of a decade of the Trump political era (it really was quite long, wasn't it?), it will be necessary not only to reverse certain political decisions (alongside much damage that remains almost irreversible), but also to re-evaluate the fundamental, moral harm it has inflicted

They overlook the fact that a large part of the service sector, from hospitality to legal services, rests on people's unwillingness to deal with those tasks themselves and for a smaller number of people, on the lack of highly specific skills and knowledge.

I don't know how these companies imagine a bunch of similar products being used by people who mostly find such products neither useful nor interesting. It's not bad to have an accountant in your pocket, but many people don't want to have anything to do with accounting.

True, the money and experience North Korea gains through cooperation with Russia could improve its strategic strength in the long run, including mastering the mass production of drones, precision missiles, and other complex systems.

I wouldn't rule that out as a possibility, but I don't think it is particularly likely under these circumstances. Simple math shows that defeating South Korea would be an exceptionally difficult undertaking.

We also have data indicating the destruction of a considerable number of fortified Hezbollah positions, with minimal losses among Israeli soldiers. It is estimated that approximately 100 Israeli soldiers and probably more than 5,000 Hezbollah fighters were killed in the two wars, in 2024 and 2026.

The bombing campaign, judging by Vietnamese sources, altered the positions of their leadership and led to the Paris Peace Accords. No one could have expected the rapid collapse of South Vietnam and the absence of US air support.
