You have no idea how much I enjoyed Forgotten Island. Listen, I'm a Disney girl through and through, but DreamWorks has been serving for a while now 😭 This one's so creative, whimsical, imaginative and heartfelt. And that blend of animation styles!! Are you kidding me!!!

I am absolutely obsessed with BBC's The Other Bennet Sister. It reignited my love for period drama. Superb casting, witty writing, and I absolutely adored Mary's journey. I've watched it three times already 😭

THANK YOU @maggiekang.bsky.social 👏 And please say it louder so Netflix can hear it too 😬 the movie reached that level of success *because* it was animated, not in spite of, as many executives still seem to think

Yeahhh... so I guess it's time to leave this app as well 😐 I don't use it much anyway, but like... can we have at least one (ONE) good platform??

Never unfollowed so quickly... Such a shame. Used to be a fan of their work, even met them a couple times. Really don't need this stuff on my timeline though 😅

Oohh so it's not ok to murder someone, but if *the State* does it... 🤨🤨🤨 seriously America, like wtf. Never seen a country so full of contradictions, don't they realize??

"Bluesky is boring." Social media *should* be boring. Being algorithm and dopamine poisoned is bad, actually. When your feed dries up for the day, that's your cue to go do something else until new stuff shows up later.

Kpop Demon Hunters was so good! Loved Rumi's journey, great art direction and animation from Sony Imageworks and the soundtrack was really catchy. Would like a sequel for this one, I wanna see more of the other girls too 🥰

Just saw #Elio. Fun, adorable and heartwarming movie. Didn't expect to like it that much. Definitely check it out if you liked Turning Red or Elemental. Domee Shi and Madeline Sharafian are a powerful duo, Pete Docter was really into something when he decided to personally mentor them. #Pixar

Go home @screenrant.bsky.social, you're drunk (Plus, this is, in fact, an animated movie which happens to have a couple humans in it... or did you think they found real dragons to film?) #HTTYD

That's because they didn't leap from computer animation to live action, they leaped from stylized computer animation to photoreal computer animation and then made a shot for shot remake. Of course it's a safe bet, can't imagine anything safer than that really lol

Not really interested in seeing Incredibles directed by anyone other than Brad Bird... although I did like Elemental and I'm happy that Sohn got the gig. He definitely deserves a hit. I don't know, I'm so tired of sequels 😅

‘Incredibles 3’ Finds Its Director (Exclusive)

Who is it? Why, it's 'Elemental,' with filmmaker Peter Sohn taking the reins from franchise creator Brad Bird.

Why on Earth are people reacting positively, he literally looks like Winnie the Pooh with a hat ☠️ plus he's super animated and exaggerated in 2D and here he's just... there. People really dig this photoreal stuff ☠️

Dean DeBlois is really out there saying "I will butcher it myself thank you" 😭 I hope you got paid well sir!! And at this point I'm glad he's doing the sequels too - these greedy companies will be making these movies anyway, so might as well get some money from them. #HTTYD

Disney sure made a lot of money off Stitch, a cute appealing character designed by a 2D character artist. Maybe they should let someone else design some cute original 2D characters for them so that they have something new to remake 20 years from now!
