it's also weird to me because the appeal has always been a mixture of "wow this is cool" and "some madman did it" now the cool factor is heavily diminished because there are so many of these now, and it's not like there's any real technical skill behind any of them

Despite still somewhat being on my Fuck Powerscaling Arc I do still like to think of these little crossover matchups in terms of personality. I’m not sure that Bugs beats Mickey, but it is devastating for the mouse in this situation that he’s someone who’s funny when he’s mad.

I *did* have an idea I’m definitely not running with where the two fics converge, such that Ashley’s encounter with Mario happens in both, told from each perspective. But man, you can’t even count on one of these fics actually getting made.
