I hate catching myself having bad habits when I think I'm doing better when I know perfectly fine I'm not. cooking warm meals for myself when I live alone in a cramped apartment is hellish so it's so much more convenient to just buy microwave meals. and being physically active is such a damn —

people would go into a store and buy new stuff by the bucket load, so that the total donation from the store is like 2€, when the customers could just.... donate 2€ to the cause itself. without partaking in buying stuff they don't need. a different thing is if one were to NEED a new thing—

something that bothers me more than it probably should: people buying things and the retailer donates something like 0,10 to 0,50 cents to a charity at a given campaign. this is specifically in relation to a breast cancer awareness.
