Having gotten home at 10.20pm, and not had dinner, I talked myself into cooking two duck breast portions I had, and made mash potato.
It looked nice, but I made a little sauce out of the duck meat juices/fat, plus some soy sauce, garlic red wine and balsamic glaze.
It tasted better than it looked.
