It is! It goes pretty quickly, and the lower divisions (younger, more often more inexperienced wrestlers) have less ceremony. The real entertaining bits are about the last 3 hours. It's mostly on in the background & then pay attention until you cannot stay awake & watch a recap next day.

We called him PepperBar (we had a LiveJournal poll - this is how long ago it was - & my choice of Waffles lost. The Quiznos Spongmonkeys commercials were viral at the time & his official vet name was "They Got A Pepper Bar") or just The Bunny. He was around for 10 years, mostly out of spite.

Sometimes they just Chomk? We had a (supposedly dwarf) Lionhead but he was like 8 lbs. of DENSE FURY. He felt heavier (and so much angrier) than our cat. When he'd sploot it was less a sploot & more a THUNK. Man I miss that dude.

"Heads up birders, I would not be surprised if the biggest bird migration night of the year happens over the next 2 nights. Birdcast is estimating 300-400 million birds will be in flight. That is a lot, but the pattern could not be better for migratory birds. A massive area of high pressure will turn the low level winds from the northeast to the southwest across most of the US. The last time we had anything similar to this in the fall was early October last year when a record 1.25 billion birds were in flight. I doubt we get to that level, but I suspect the number will top 500 million especially Monday night which looks to be the bigger of the two nights. You can help by turning off those outdoor lights on big migration nights, and the next 2 nights is about as big as it gets."

Wow! That is so cool!! And love the repair! I honestly probably would just leave the crack in my case. It's a clear/transparent grey resin with embedded glitter & on the cap near the cap band so it'd be fussy to get right. In a way that wouldn't make it worse.

It's has an inner cap that is supposed to keep it sealed better, but tbh I so very rarely use any one pen enough for it to not dry out. The crack is mostly cosmetic (at least at the moment) & seems to stop at the band. It's my first (that I'm aware of, I have a LOT of pens) Sailor pen crack.

They're for mail-in ballots. They're at polling places in CA (most ppl get a ballot by mail) I hadn't seen/heard of them until moving to CA. In OK the absentee ballot/vote by mail process is unacceptably onerous. Still mad that an ice storm kept me from driving 2 hrs to NOT vote for Bush in '00.
