Right OSRS, RS3 & Dragonwilds folks, it's time for a post-RuneFest #StatCheck 📊 Monday! Let's see where you've all got to since last time (or if it's your first time posting your stats!). As you may have seen I've been at Guardians of the Rift, up to 83 RuneCrafting & 2140 Total Level.

My OSRS stats as of 5th October 2026. Only one level gained since my last statcheck post, 82 -> 83 RuneCrafting bringing me to 2140 total.

I'm afraid I don't have an account able to do it *but* there is a chat channel you can join "OSRS soa" made specifically for assisting with this! If you go into the "grouping" tab of the friends/clan section you should be able to find Shield of Arrav in the drop down, then click "join". Good luck!

The Evolution of Mining & Smithing 😅🫠. Oof. Now this one is the one I'm most... nervous, anxious about. I totally agree it needs doing but I just don't see how I can come away feeling satisfied (awkwardly I'm one of those who hates the RS3 rework too 😳). I feel the risk here is just so high.

On this day, 1st October, a year ago 🗓️, I got Twitch Affiliate. So funny to me that since then I've streamed 📽️ only a handful of times and OSRS maybe only twice or thrice (during the Frog 🐸 Kissers 😘 Duo Sprint 🏃🏃‍♀️, truly halcyon days). Maybe some Heroes of the Storm ⛈️ streams in the near future? 🤔

More GotR on OSRS, came for Blood Runes for Slayer (now at ~4000) then thought I'd stay to finish the Raiments but Abyssal Pearls have been slow to come by. Still, 82-83 RuneCrafting! it's weird mining exp is capped at 250 resources even though I easily exceed that by just... Playing the minigame.

83 RuneCrafting achieved at the Cosmic Altar (via GotR)

No more mining exp past 250 resources which seems far too low, I exceed this every time just by playing the minigame as it's meant to be played.

I'm still mucking about at Guardians of the Rift in OSRS until I at least get the final two pieces of the Raiments (ideally 🙏 the Lantern 🏮 too) and I do find it's little idiosyncrasies kinda funny. Remember when they polled 🗳️ GotR to use your own Pure Essence you'd have to take in with you?!?

Yet again it's OSRS #StatCheck Monday 🗓️, I picked up a couple of Crafting ⚒️ levels at WyrmsCraig & a RuneCrafting level at GotR. Not like me to complain but they really did a number on mobile 📲 with the Menu Entry swapper changes the other week, now can't seem to tap for the "exp to level" popup 🫠

I only realised the other day that having actually got a pet 🐾 in OSRS it's an end of an era for my BSky 🦋 header 😅. Never again shall it read "0/Whatever Pets". Also yes, of course, humble brag that I got Noon 🎑 😜 (I forgot that I already have Beef 🐄 too which I guess counts 😬)

I crumbled and spent 5k OSRS Leagues 🏆 points on the Astral Contact 🌌📲 override & it is GLORIOUS looking 🤩. Also, mechanics-wise, yes all of you who told me to use NPC Contact were right, I should've been doing this from the start...

The Leagues override to the Astral Contact spell, which summons a huge mask over the head of your player character. It's creepy, but hella cool.

The Popes been down in the Vatican swamps killing Molanisks & has now received the Earth Emerald, 1/4 of his way to piecing together the Elemental Amulet which will add +2 to his max hit 💥 when using Elemental Spells. At some point we must ask ourselves, is this power creep acceptable? #OSRS

Though I don't dislike the proposed new OSRS Agility 🧗course I feel like it really misses the lessons learnt from Hallowed Sepulchre (6!?!) years 🗓️ ago. Please, I beg you Jagex, instead of more circular courses give us Tomb Raider / Indiana Jones / Crash Bandicoot style escape courses! 🏃💨 🪨💨

I'm back at Guardians of the Rift on OSRS as I ran out of Blood Runes melting Drakes (yes I could buy them, but there's no Clogs 📓 at the GE 🏦). I am enjoying it, BUT. Why does the Colossal Pouch just... Suck 👎? Degrading after only a couple of GotR rounds is actually super frustrating.

The fantastic OSRS Wiki (@oldschool.runescape.wiki) has recently added Collection Log 📓 sections to a ton of activities & bosses. I adore this change as I essentially path my whole account around that damned book. Now I just need Jagex to pull their finger out and work on the Mobile 📲 Plugin Hub.

Hearthstone! I'm so out of touch with Hearthstone (it was best when Naxx released) but hey another expansion, more cards, a new mechanic. 2v2 has been promised again, it would be nice to see this delivered. They are finally going to release the Monk class next year, mad that it's taken so long.

Following up on the baffling 2030 announcement of STARCRAFT (the shooter) they now announce Diablo 5 😱 . ... . For 2029!? Blizzard seem to be leaving themselves nothing to announce for BlizzCon 2027, and potentially won't even have gameplay for either project to show by then. It's a bold choice.

Diablo Immortal has a Collab with Spawn. Idk what that is or what it means. I enjoyed playing through DI once, the story was genuinely neat so SUE ME but I had no interest in the pay-to-play endgame. Have gone back a couple times but there's just too much mobile game baggage clinging to it now.

Diablo, Deckard Cain somehow returns to Sanctuary in Diablo 4. As one of those absolute FREAKS who prefers Diablo 3 (I won't apologise) this doesn't make much sense to me. I tried Diablo 4 but really really struggled to get into it. Will have to try and go back & just mainline the story.

Overwatch - I will die on the hill that OverWatch 1 was near-perfect & they spoiled it. It should've had a few new maps a year and new characters drip fed, again maybe one a year. Never shoulda got rid of the 6v6 format as the baseline either. Still, here's 10 new characters if you are into that 🤷

10 new characters except some of them have already been released. None of them excite me. I'd likely rather play Marvel Rivals at the moment.

Two Crafting ⚒️ levels gained (82&83) in OSRS before receiving the Jewellers Chisel, filling another Collection Log 📓 slot! Pretty chill activity, would've liked another reward (some activities have *so* many!?) but I'll likely come back one day. Really good exp 📈, will make you question existence 🤔.

I've been doing the Golem Crafting ⚒️ minigame released with Wyrmscraig in OSRS and... these poor lil sweet innocent things. The way they fall to the floor after only a few seconds of life is so... sad. What right do we have to create life in such a manner? What do they think? What do they feel? 😭
