I'm still mucking about at Guardians of the Rift in OSRS until I at least get the final two pieces of the Raiments (ideally 🙏 the Lantern 🏮 too) and I do find it's little idiosyncrasies kinda funny. Remember when they polled 🗳️ GotR to use your own Pure Essence you'd have to take in with you?!?

I've owned Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart for like a year+ but never finished it, so I've started again & it hits almost as good as the original trilogy. My next remake desire is the original R&C trilogy along with Gladiator/Deadlocked. Playing Gladiator in coop is maybe the most fun gaming 🎮 I've had.

Been playing Two Point Museum (great game) & it has this neat "Season Switcher" which lets you unlock Easter/Christmas etc items out of Season. If it were possible in-engine, what would people think about OSRS having something similar? Allowing you to replay the Seasonal events from previous years?

Yet again it's OSRS #StatCheck Monday 🗓️, I picked up a couple of Crafting ⚒️ levels at WyrmsCraig & a RuneCrafting level at GotR. Not like me to complain but they really did a number on mobile 📲 with the Menu Entry swapper changes the other week, now can't seem to tap for the "exp to level" popup 🫠

I only realised the other day that having actually got a pet 🐾 in OSRS it's an end of an era for my BSky 🦋 header 😅. Never again shall it read "0/Whatever Pets". Also yes, of course, humble brag that I got Noon 🎑 😜 (I forgot that I already have Beef 🐄 too which I guess counts 😬)

I crumbled and spent 5k OSRS Leagues 🏆 points on the Astral Contact 🌌📲 override & it is GLORIOUS looking 🤩. Also, mechanics-wise, yes all of you who told me to use NPC Contact were right, I should've been doing this from the start...

The Leagues override to the Astral Contact spell, which summons a huge mask over the head of your player character. It's creepy, but hella cool.

The Popes been down in the Vatican swamps killing Molanisks & has now received the Earth Emerald, 1/4 of his way to piecing together the Elemental Amulet which will add +2 to his max hit 💥 when using Elemental Spells. At some point we must ask ourselves, is this power creep acceptable? #OSRS

Though I don't dislike the proposed new OSRS Agility 🧗course I feel like it really misses the lessons learnt from Hallowed Sepulchre (6!?!) years 🗓️ ago. Please, I beg you Jagex, instead of more circular courses give us Tomb Raider / Indiana Jones / Crash Bandicoot style escape courses! 🏃💨 🪨💨

I'm back at Guardians of the Rift on OSRS as I ran out of Blood Runes melting Drakes (yes I could buy them, but there's no Clogs 📓 at the GE 🏦). I am enjoying it, BUT. Why does the Colossal Pouch just... Suck 👎? Degrading after only a couple of GotR rounds is actually super frustrating.

The fantastic OSRS Wiki (@oldschool.runescape.wiki) has recently added Collection Log 📓 sections to a ton of activities & bosses. I adore this change as I essentially path my whole account around that damned book. Now I just need Jagex to pull their finger out and work on the Mobile 📲 Plugin Hub.

Don't mind me, just out in the world 🌍 of Gielinor rescuing Stray Dogs 🐕. Hang on, this puppy is clearly in this fellas yard. Seemed happy, looked after. Regardless, YOINK. After the Golem Crafting trauma I really am wondering, are *we* the baddies of OSRS?

A perfectly happy Stray Dog gets liberated from this house and family it was living with to be uh... Adopted elsewhere. This can't be right!?

Two Crafting ⚒️ levels gained (82&83) in OSRS before receiving the Jewellers Chisel, filling another Collection Log 📓 slot! Pretty chill activity, would've liked another reward (some activities have *so* many!?) but I'll likely come back one day. Really good exp 📈, will make you question existence 🤔.

Having only done the Dog 🐕 Quest so far & finding no obvious link to the updated OSRS login screen, where/what is this meant to represent? Don't get me wrong I think it looks beautiful, but where in-game is it? Maybe Crab 🦀 Quest? I'll be checking that out later today.

I've been doing the Golem Crafting ⚒️ minigame released with Wyrmscraig in OSRS and... these poor lil sweet innocent things. The way they fall to the floor after only a few seconds of life is so... sad. What right do we have to create life in such a manner? What do they think? What do they feel? 😭

It's OSRS #StatCheck Monday so, let's see where you are at! Progress has been slow but a Sailing 🌊🌊🌊🌊⛵🌊🌊🌊 level brings me back to Base 80s & 2135 total 📊, I've never been so close to Maxing (except ig before Sailing came out 🤔?) Closing in on 82 Crafting ⚒️ too as I hunt for the Jewellers Chisel.

I thought the Goat 🐐 pet from the WyrmsCraig 🏝️ hunting activity was a flat 1/2500 🎲, so told myself I'd do 2.5k. Got to 2.5k with no pet 🐾 & thought, hey, maybe I'll go for 2x drop rate. In writing this post I checked 🔍 the OSRS wiki & uhhhh, I was completely wrong. It's... a tad rarer than that 😅.

2.52k Goats Hunted on Wyrmscraig - just over the drop rate (I thought) & no pet, but its quite fun, maybe I'll do up to 5k...

Ooooooooop nope. I read that VERY wrong. As this snip of the OSRS wiki shows, it's only a 1/2501 when you have 200mil hunting exp (I don't). Otherwise at level 99 (I do have this) it's a 1/37525.
Oooof. Maybe not going for that *right* now

I /was/ excited to post about the Elemental Amulets OSRS added Wednesday, how it continues to revitalise that combat style & how good utilising creatures weakness feels (also Twinflame staff, my beloved 😍). But "people" (read: Redditors) complained so much they are already looking at nerfing them 😞

Ok, ok, I take this back. I was NOT expecting to make 10mil+ 💰 OSRS GP from the Molch Pearls 🦪 returned from the Fish Sack refund 😅. Who knew I'd get so many Shark 🦈 Lures and they'd sell for so much? Still ain't never going back to doing Aerial Fishing 🦅 though 😅.

Whilst my proclivity for Sailing 🌊🌊🌊🌊⛵🌊🌊🌊 in OSRS is well documented Jagex really do need to fix the render distance & skybox. Even I can't argue that this 👇 looks good.

It's fine. I'm fine. What am I even supposed to use all the refunded Molch Pearls 🦪 for? Can I sell the Shark Lure Pack? (No) Individually though the Shark Lures go for ~300gp each so maybe I can spin a reasonable sum 💰 from the 500 I'll get back. No reduction/refund for the rods though 🤔 #OSRS

Update notes from this week's OSRS update, increasing Molch Pearl chance by 50%, halfing the pearl cost of Fish Sack and Anglers outfit pieces & refunding the difference and adding Shark Lure packs to the pearl shop.
It's good really.

Sometimes I really do despise the OSRS Community. I like the idea of a PvP bootcamp as I'm part of the target demographic who want to PvP but don't know where to begin. But can we please, please, not objectify women? This screenshot was sent to me, so grateful to no longer be on that hateful site.

I've been down & out on OSRS for a while now, but today I logged in for the first time in a while to work on my Grotesque Guardian Slayer 💀 task... And I only went & got Noon, not only my favourite pet 🐾 in the whole game (barring maybe Herbi 🐗) but also my first (no I'm not counting Brutus, sry).
