I've been dealing with Openreach for the best part of 30 years now and nothing has improved in that time. Imagine what British productivity could be like if you could reliably get a connection when you needed it.

So far, England's adventures suggest turning at T20 team into an ODI team is quite a bit harder than they thought. Oddly, it shows up in the figures as batting collapses, but I feel like the killer is that some of their best T20 bowlers are not good for 10 overs.
