There are no restrictions around applicants' citizenship, country of origin, country of study, or discipline. The only stipulation is that their work involves *large lakes*. There's a beetle orgy happening on all the leaves in the yard where I'm staying. Here's a picture of it for all you insect perverts.
Some beetles clumped all over each other on the stem and leaves of a plant outside. It's sunny out. They are a pearly green with brown leaves. I think they're pretty.
