I find this so fascinating - the men basically said yes of course, even though the reporter was baiting otherwise. Of course we all know that the 'tradwife' stuff is nonsense but great to have actual video evidence of the fact. Gender roles have been nonsense forever. www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zhfn...

Return to White Australia Policy anyone? Look, I'm up for sensible discussions on immigration caps because of the load our land/cities can bear, but we cannot have that debate if the alternative is to have more babies. Either we need more people or we don't.

(Not so) Hot take: The economic, security and social benefits of renewable energies are so apparent that the *only* reason anyone can be opposed is if they have a vested interest in fossil fuels. Those opposing are seeking to maximise returns from their investment in an industry that is dying.

Wind and solar have now beaten fossil fuels in Great Britain for a record 15 months in a row Just a decade ago, fossil fuels were generating four times more than wind + solar Now that's flipped: Since the Iran war, wind and solar generated twice as much as fossil fuels

But curiosity without love – that is dangerous. That is where we will teeter on the edge of destruction. If we keep pushing limits without thinking about impacts on those around us, we will fail. (I worry AI is a product of curiosity without love, and in itself is devoid of both.)
