My 2000 hours in dota 2 could have been a hundred 20hr games instead, with all kinds of stories. Maybe not all of them good, but at least all of them different and new and interesting. I haven't played dota since 2015, and it's still probably the #1 spot in the list of biggest wastes of my life.

Pathologic 3 is a hard game for me to describe compared to 2, just because the game is so much bigger in scope. It's harder to contain in words the ideas of what it is because very bluntly, they're a handful. I would write a video essay but... Where would I even start. There's so much to say.

I still really adore microlabels. They were so impactful in my journey of self-discovery and identity. But “queer” is the ultimate word I align with now. Rather than getting into the weeds of all the minutiae of my human experience, I can just say “queer” and people get the memo.
