This is very 40-Year-Old territory, but I was today years old when I found out the "Weena Mercator as the hopping woman" gag on Freakazoid was entirely made up. I assumed it was a real actor and role from an obscure movie that the writers thought sounded funny.

I finally finished @avoidpod.bsky.social's arc where they played Galleons of the Thunderosa, my (mostly) system agnostic module for team-based racing on big vehicles. Lots of game designers know the Fuzzy Feeling of a show playing their game for a one-shot, but I got a WHOLE ARC

I've seen a lot of "we don't want games we play with our phones, Netflix" posts, so I guess I'm in the minority because I DO want that. But, it has to be interesting and not the most boring, generic horror whose only selling point is Starring Zoe Kravitz.

Am I just being negative or is this totally useless? Don't all bowls do this? That's how bowl-shaped things work, right? The unpopped kernels always end up at the bottom of the bowl. They're not suspended in the popcorn. And has anyone ever been mad about popcorn having too much flavor?
