On my way home after a great three days at Fishmongers Hall for the Wild Salmon Connections conference. Although the current picture is bleak it was really uplifting to hear about the great projects that are going on across the Atlantic and Pacific to try and address the decline in wild #salmon

We are attending the Wild Salmon Connections conference this week at Fishmongers Hall in London. Although things may not look great for #salmon populations not all is lost as there is a great deal of work going into reversing that trend.

We're calling on Environment Secretary of State Steve Reed MP to secure the future of the Water Restoration Fund. The Fund would ensure that water company fines are reinvested into restoring rivers & their catchments, but delays have caused concerns that it may be discontinued.
