Went to check out the views from Warsaw's newest lookout point (ostensibly, also the tallest building in the EU), and all I could see was vast potential space for solar.

I am a scientist – and the answer is climate change. Yes, there is nuance. Yes, it could take a long time to identify the precise mechanisms. But there is no question why ice and snow-related disasters are on the rise. Our planet is warming at an unprecedented rate, and humans are responsible.

Perhaps mobility is not a zero sum game. Yes, ICE-cars belong in the past. But an emphasis on individual transport risks perpetuating inequality (i.e. not everyone can afford an EV) and associated issues such as road traffic, accidents and road infrastructure with its enviro costs.
