One month ago I had delirious insomnia and when I spoke my speech felt extremely pressured. I thought I was hypnomanic, and it was distressing. Nope. It was just the irregular adrenaline and cortisol dumps that can happen with #POTS. It’s part of the #dysautonomia.

I have generally avoided traditional corporate broadcasting for almost a decade with 2 exceptions; local news meteorologists, and CBS Sunday Morning. I got in the habit of watching Sunday morning with my mama. So it became very special when she died. It has been harder to watch since October 2023

Every time someone asserts that we chose this, it undermines the probability that the election was interfered with. Yes, there is a ROBUST faction who voted for this. And yes, we have to find a way to address the divide and rising hateful bigotry. But be careful about conflating win with choice.
