From a book written in the 1930s by Richard D. Wyckoff "Wall Street Ventures and Adventures" here he is describing the same kind of things we are seeing now. This sugar tariff scam was run in the 1890s. Crime writ large as @rbreich.bsky.social is trying to help us understand, this isn't new.

Lunch Money Trade (0.16R): Plan: short weak rally post 10:00. I didn't like NY open, waves canceling the other out, balanced supply & demand. I currently struggle with a few things in trading. Trailing SL fast is one of them, this is an example. 4.5 was TP. SL hit at 2.6. #trading #options $spx

Took an L today, battling the desire to make back losses. Cut my leverage by 1/2 after 2 L's, stopped at max drawdown I'll take per day. Logged everything in real time for weekend review and adjustments for next week. Losses are part of trading. Hanging w/this little guy rest of the day. #Trading

Tiny account challenge Lunch Money Trade from today. Slowly growing this account from small trades over time. Lunch money trade today. My bias was wrong this morning, I didn't want to trust the facts on the chart. The trend was bullish, noted in my analysis but I became impatient and looked for a short. Exited with a small profit on the stall and closed charts. Begin wrong or taking a loss happens.

Last Friday the market dropped a bit... my feeds fill up with traders like "Called this drop behold my 10x trade, sub4secrets." But most of them don't talk about the other trades or losses or missed trades. I didn't do well last week, tbh I made some mistakes that needed to be reviewed. 1/x
