Hey Matty, years of underfunding is the root cause of many issues in the UK including this. Brexit took between £80-120 Billion PER YEAR out of the economy. Campaign to rejoin the EU and you’ll have far greater chance of resolving this minor issue and indeed other major issues. Think bigger.
