You suggest that being on the committee for housing would tempt people to abuse their power. There is no govt or unjust hierarchies in anarchy. Any corrupt person would be removed. Prison is a last resort, so if they cannot be rehabilitated then exile is an option. They can find a new community

That is one of the reasons Russia was never a true communist state. There was always a political and elite class. In anarchy there are no unjust hierarchies. There is direct democracy via the community. They would be removed from any power and subject to suitable repercussions

Not a fantasy and not a nightmare. I stated my end goal is anarchy. We might never get there, but it only benefits everyone to work towards it. Get rid of unjust hierarchies, shelter for all, healthcare for all and wellbeing for all. No more corrupt govt or billionaires.

No one needs to pay for it. There are enough resources in the world. If you provide for everyone's needs and wellbeing, no one can exploit labour. So, no one can hoard resources. The community assigns housing based on needs. (Research what anarchy is)

Dude, capitalism has failed. All landlords are exploitative. You'd probably hate my end goal. No one owns any housing. Society provides housing for as long as you are alive. When you die, the housing goes back into the pot for everyone else.

Increase housing stock, reduce price and rent. No resale of govt housing. Ban for profit organisations owning housing, no second homes. If they want a second home, they are taxed 100% of the value so the govt can replace lost housing. To own a house you must be resident in the country.
