I’ve marathoned the Harry Potter movies exactly once and I was saved from paying attention by the fact that it was just a way for someone to get me over to their house to sleep with them. Larger context aside, the repetitive cycle of school-year-plot movies is such a stressful brainrot state.

Way back in 2015 I managed to organize a little summer internship for myself at the Zigong Dinosaur Museum in China and I would just vibe in the exhibit hall on break. Missing my homie Huayangosaurus. I hope they’re well and wonder if that little stegosaur braincase remembers me.

I think I’m gonna go with a different mythological figure but it’s crossed my mind so I’m putting it out there that Shiva in his depiction as Nataraja, Lord of the Dance, would be very cool to put together as a Halloween costume. Maybe in the future with more time for technical details.

The prefix *uks-en- is possibly from the reconstructed root *uks- which has been translated as ‘to sprinkle’. It could also relate to ugw-, relating to ‘wet’ or ‘moist’. Therefore, *uks-en- could be translated to ‘besprinkler’. Another interpretation could take the en- root, meaning ‘onto’, into account, translating the term as ‘to sprinkle onto’.
