Folks, we've received some good news. While my client Ernest never heard back from the moderators, his ban did expire one day earlier than expected, so his account is now back up. He'll be migrating to a different PDS before resuming regular posting, but once that's done you should see him again.

Thank heavens she lost her primary, just an awful person all-around. Call me a purity tester, but I think cheering when fascists punish people for standing up for the afflicted should be disqualifying. Kind of sad that liberals, through their own behavior, have shown that they don't feel the same.

Hello friends, my client Ernest Penfold has gotten into a spot of trouble again. He has been slapped with a 14-day ban over one of the other posts regarding the activities of a certain member of bluesky staff. He will be appealing this ban, so stay tuned for further updates.

Friends, my client is many things, but I'd hardly describe him as a "Troll." He and many of his friends got slapped by this label over what appears to be the personal bias of the person running the "skywatch" labeler, a labeler that many good people trust to keep them safe from harassment.
