I was barely 10ft out of the driveway and was sliding a bit. Just take it slow and steady and keep far away from all the idiots that think they're invincible! To me it seemed that most people were driving a bit more sensible than usual.

Not sure I can speak on behalf of all instant pots but ours gently releases the steam on its own over time once the cooking time finishes. It can take a little while but eventually the little piece that pops up when it becomes pressurized should fall down again allowing to open with no mess!
