This is your reminder to flush your water heater. Sediment builds up even if you have clean tap water. A surprise to me was the sediment solution, that's slightly more dense than water, and how it hurts efficiency and overall usable capacity. I replaced two heating elements and vacuumed the sludge

I don't understand needing to make E15 permanent while ignoring the availability of E85. Forget the efficiency and scheme of producing corn biofuel - how many Flex Fuel vehicles are being driven on standard petrol simply due to lack of access? We're supposed to ignore it until convenient.

Having looked into it more, it appears that airbags will only deploy in vehicles when the ignition is on. So someone was driving. In a different scenario, my neighbor's white Mazda was rear-ended recently while parked on Oklahoma Ave. It was last seen at Pro Comp Auto Body.

Rustling leaves and friendly squirrels sound pleasant. The shrub project is ~75% complete. A recovery period is needed before tool sharpening and finishing on a ladder. Unfortunately we have high-30C temps incoming here.

What is going on at this house by #Fernwood on Falling Heath Place? Do you suspect that having all blacked-out windows (incl. windshield) may have contributed to the crash? This is the result of a bad tow and probably no insurance coverage. #Bay_View #BayView #SelfishDrivers

The focal point is a white car in the center. It's a Mazda coupe that is parked across a driveway and has crash damage along the entirety of the driver's side. Red paint scrapes are visible on the body panels and the rear wheel appears to be falling off.

My former neighbor Steve replaced his lawn with a huge variety of plants and was also a bonsai enthusiast who hosted meetups. Last year he moved and, while a lot of the plants continued to flourish, the invasive creeping bellflower appeared. Passerbys will know something isn't right.

The focal point is a grouping of invasive plants that are a stalk of purple flowers. Here they are growing in mulch surrounded by various weeds.
