lol that’s very presumptuous and very wrong. Until the current regime we spent significant amounts of time in the U.S. and have generally found Americans to be lovely people. It’s only now that we avoid it like the plague.

I think the issue we have is that the rest of the world has known your system is broken for a very long time. The electoral college could have been changed or removed. The Supreme Court could have been expanded but citizens were complacent. And now the world is stuck with the results.

"Isn't even that obese"? How obese does someone have to be to to be worthy of these medications? If they are unhappy with how they look and feel, why shouldn't they be able to use a medication that will help them? Does they need to have a life threatening condition before getting help?
