Love that I had to explain to the MH nurse what executive dysfunction means because she’d never heard of it, and she wrote it in my notes in “quote marks” as if I’d invented the term, but sure oh yeah I’ll trying googling ADHD silly me what am I like

Had an impromptu adventure the other day, popped into a @nationaltrust.bsky.social place for a cheese scone & ended up having a private tour of the house, as well making friends with a big cow and a smol robin - 10/10 day no notes ✨
