now why the hell is google attributing targeted sponsored advertising for a transphobic children's book to Booktopia? I was relieved to see that they don't actually stock that title, but I've contacted them to let them know google is charging them to push hate in their name regardless.

for as long as i can remember i've had random joint and muscle pain. i was tall from a young age so it was dismissed as growth spurts, then when i'd stopped growing i assumed it was early signs of arthritis because my mum has it (and it took a decade from her first flare up to an actual diagnosis).

after a routine blood test check-up my gp has prescribed some supplements cos my vitamin d and calcium levels were low, less than two weeks into trialling ritalin, so the number of pills i need to remember to take daily has gone from 2 to 7 ½ in a fortnight. i'm gonna start rattling when i walk.
