Amazing to me that in the span of three days, the Nintendo Switch 2 got Diablo 4 , Fire Emblem Fortune's Weave, and Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter Remake. Just an embarrassment of RPG goodness releasing at one time.

I've made it on to Libsky where it is just dumb Libs talking down to a trans person for wanting to exist and wanting to elect politicians that also agree with and will defend her existing. You do not, in fact, have to vote blue no matter who, when that blue vote also wants you to die.

I don't know that a single time in the entire history of major league baseball I have ever been on the side of the umpire throwing a manager out of the game.

Hey @wnba.com the best time to ban Enes Kanter Freedom from all your arenas is right now today. He put players at risk and his little stunt will embolden others to act in a similar manner. Are we going to wait for a player to be attacked on the court to take action?

Call me a curmudgeon but I miss the old days of Fire Emblem where you just had chapters and characters promoted with items and sometimes the RNG screwed you over so your healer had like 8 MAG and 20 HP the entire game.

As a longtime Aaron Rodgers fan, I think the correct time to get off this ship was about seven years ago. I feel like a parent with a child that is just constantly saying and doing dumb things to get in trouble and I am powerless to stop it.

Less than two months from release and I can't even wishlist Trails in the Sky SC remake on Switch 2. Same for a few other games in the September/October video game apocalypse that is happening before GTA6 comes out. OCD being triggered by not having a place to see all games coming out in one spot.

Wario Land finally on NSO and I have completed it with the best ending. Max coins, all treasures, all courses beat. 10/10 game no notes. I will say I want to go right into Wario Land 2, which is a masterpiece. I've never played Wario Land 3 though. Was out on handheld gaming by the time it released.

WNBA refs continue to be abysmal. I can think of at least a half dozen calls in the 4th quarter alone that were terrible. Lynx/Valkyries was such a great game and deserved competent officiating to match.

Making a list of games that should be on NSO but aren't: WarioLand 1 and 2 Super Mario Bros. DX DKC trilogy GBA ports Kirby Nightmare in DreamLand There are probably way more that I don't even realize. Complete bummer since I would play ALL of these if they were there. Analogue pocket it is then!

The lighting in my apartment isn't great and the one good lamp I own is at a poor angle to read physical books without the natural light of the sun. I have no overhead lamp of a ceiling fan in my bedroom either. So I use this emergency light that uses AA batteries for better light. Not ideal!

Creating my own reading challenge where the only daily goal is to enjoy reading. I see challenges for time or page numbers or total books read and they just drain the fun out if a hobby. I hadn't been enjoying much of anything previously so I challenged myself to sit down and enjoy reading daily.

Truly one of the great points of sadness in gaming is the pivot from Paper Mario being a simplistic RPG where you can customize Mario with how he levels up and with badges and turning it into an action adventure game with little or no RPG elements.

A Pokemon HeartGold run using my OG Gen 2 starter (Cyndaquil) and all my favorites. Crobat of course because fast. Kingdra of course because it is just so cool. Heracross of course because beetles are amazing. Technician Scizor because it is a bit of a white whale. One spot left.
