To me, cozy horror is a bit nostalgic, reminiscent of my childhood, or set in a cabin in the woods or in winter. It’s a bit predictable and the jerks die first.

Reading „Fathomless“ by Greig Beck. Dude decides to go caving in the cave known locally as the monster cave. Ancient murals depict people getting eaten by monsters, so he’s really curious to find out what he‘ll find. Later, there’s an expedition by people who are both hot and horny.
