i can understand where people are coming from when they do this, but trust me there is nothing 'affirming' about you making a special distinction for me, a trans man, compared to cis men.

had my 1st shower since my surgery and that shit was such an ordeal i spent the rest of the day feeling like i'd been run over by a truck. saw my nips for the first time tho (couldn't look at them when the nurse took off the bandages at the same time she did the drains or else i wouldve passed out)

one thing thats stuck with me and that hasnt left my mind since i was at the surgery center for my top surgery was the amount of trans guys there being accompanied by their parents were still being she/her'ed by their mom or dad ://////// shit kept breaking my heart man

1 day post-op updates - the pain is surprisingly easy to manage (at least compared to my hysterectomy) - i am so tired of being hunched over all the time - thank god i actually prioritized core at the gym in the months preceding the surgery cus i am using the FUCK out of my abs right now

just got to try something crazy; costco sometimes sells whole rotisserie chickens at even more of a discount if they cook too many, and they just shove them in the fridges. we grabbed a few, shredded them, kept the bones, then vacuum sealed them in portions

i think the bare minimum for trans politics is dropping association w/ your assigned sex. this can mean not having a sex at all, this can mean that your sex is neither male nor female but nonbinary, this can mean you're changing sex, etc. it requires no medical

🖌️ Okami style: Snow Leopard ❄️ I had so much fun drawing this kitty! Featuring the iconic ‘holding its own tail’ pose XD

A stylized digital illustration of a snow leopard curled on its back against a textured, parchment-like background. The artwork mimics a traditional Japanese sumi-e style with bold, dynamic black brushstrokes, ink splatters, and swirling patterns on its fur, paws, and long tail. The snow leopard playfully grips its tail and showcasing prominent black paw pads.
