That was the stupidest reason I’ve seen a plane get grounded for the day, but at least the coworker I met for the first time in person today was a pretty cool guy. There’s no field trips next week, and after that, maybe I’m done. Depends what the weather is doing by then.

Well that field trip went to shit pretty much last minute, and I ran out my duty time (20 hours on the clock). My wake-up alarms were going off as I was waiting to deplane when I got to home base. Now I do, like, four hours of my last shift of the week.
