Just had an interesting experience on my iPhone (DON’T SHOOT!) where ads started coming through after upgrading to iOS 27. I run DNS servers on my home network so this is not supposed to happen. I figured out what it was— CONNECTIVITY ASSIST! I turned that shit of off and viola! Ads gone!

My home Internet service is out and it won't be fixed until (hopefully) Chewsday. In the meantime, I've rigged my cell hotspot up to my home router and have managed to burn through all my data for the month so now I'm throttled to 1 Mbps. This is taking me back to the days of ye ole dial-up!
