Last weekend, @suedeer.bsky.social and I hopped over to the (semi) local Barnes & Noble. In the game section we found this wonderful monstrosity. A hybrid of Yahtzee and Scrabble: Yahtzee Words You roll and score word patterns. It's a heck of a brain workout.

I run around at @anthrocon.org - so if I put a sticker in my pocket, it can get sweaty. One workaround: slide the sticker between my phone and its case. Yard work yesterday I accidentally got dirt on my phone. And that's how I got surprised by @marksbarks.bsky.social being stuck in my phone case

Hey Tommy... the first time I met a furry airline pilot that was about 2000. That is, I can personally confirm there have been furry commercial pilots about 6.5 times longer than the confederacy lasted. Now ask about people designing the planes... and satellites ... because that number is longer.

The trope of "Furries run the internet" is so prevalent at this point... a part of me wants to put together a couple of tech business plans where the idea is a basic quality service without enshittification.. and the angle is it's managed by furries, so that's why it's decent.

Found a decent sushi restaurant last night. That was awesome. There are tradeoffs to every move ... and one of the tradeoffs of being rural is you're really shallow on restaurant choice. So this is a good success! Come visit. Try Ohio Sushi. It won't kill you much.
