My veteran father passed in July. Today I received this certificate in the mail honoring his service. Then I saw Traitor Orange Fatass the Felon’s signature at the bottom, and it feels like a slap in the face and mockery of my Dad instead. Hoping I can get it reissued when a Dem POTUS takes over.

Finally watching long-forgotten movie Jumpin' Jack Flash after 40 years. Adore early Whoopi. Definitely see some Oda Mae Brown in her performance with that signature Whoopi humor. I’ve seen it dozens of times, but I’ve just now noticed how the culminating confrontation scene at the Shrieking Shack in ‘Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban’ has the sound and scene design of an old dilapidated creaking swaying wooden ship at sea in a storm. Wonderfully atmospheric.

So, I read where some police folk were watching the security footage of the shooting. The "shooter" did not fire a shot. One agent fired across the path and hit the other agent. So... to put it more simply... looks like the "shooter" never fired a shot! He just ran through a security checkpoint.
