:Note that the federal list Texas started with...2724 noncitizens...ended up being 117 ACTUAL noncitizens. 2607 citizens would have been denied voting without rechecking. That's the error number. The error *rate* of the fed list was 96% The ERROR RATE. Rounded to two places. Voter suppression.
