I tried to write yesterday. After three sentences I broke down. Splendid 👍

Hiba / Vanadio 🐐 @hibaluss.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

A month has passed. Probably the longest of my life. I'm back at the usual routine since I restarted uni but the emptiness is still there. And now that I'm alone, my days are completely void. I still struggle at concentrating. I began to gather her writings and drawings at least.

Birthday today and I keep thinking about her. Everytime something good happens I want to share it with her but I can't obviously. It's like every little bit of joy has been completely drained

I need one of those places where they give you a bat and you can destroy whatever is in the room. One day all of this anger I keep repressing is going to eat me

I'm starting my sixth year of university this October. It feels so weird. I feel like I barely started yesterday.

What should I even do now that everything I've created only brings pain? Discard everything?

000

Hiba / Vanadio 🐐 @hibaluss.bsky.social · 07/09/2026

I haven't even finished an art for her birthday. I guess it's an obituary now. If I manage to finish it.

010

Hiba / Vanadio 🐐 @hibaluss.bsky.social · 07/09/2026

I'm in a bubble. I want to gather all her writings and print them, but I just keep crying when I read her words. So I try to write or draw my own things, but they're all related to her in some way, so I stare at them and do nothing.

I think this also applies to products, such as mobility aids or already-boiled-and-shell-removed eggs, that are meant for disabled people, but abled people often describe as "ridiculous", "lazy" or "useless".

How I feel when people criticise a piece of media of a certain genre because it has elements of said genre A while ago I stumbled upon a one-star review complaining about a book being "too scary and creepy"... it was an horror book.

The fact that you can play the Snezhnaya quest even if you aren't up to date with the rest of the Archon Quests is so funny to me. And it gets even funnier the more behind in the story you are. Like wdym "you and Paimon set of to Snezhnaya". My Traveller is in Liyue. Genshin what the hell. lol

I wouldn't call my updated Bluesky bio "fun" but it gets to the point much more directly than my previous ones.

In 2025 my ex-publishers Unbound imploded, taking many thousands of pounds of my earnings, for seven (yes, seven) books, to hell with them. I am here primarily as an attempt to recover from that disaster. if you buy one of my books, it helps.

Very early sketches of my OCs in a Genshin AU. Will probably change a lot, because I just placed down some notes I had noted a while ago, but it's a start. 1) Archon wannabe who drinks all day 2) high-rank but lazy Fatui 3) gardener obsessed with Whopperflowers and Regisvines

010

Hiba / Vanadio 🐐 @hibaluss.bsky.social · 24/07/2026

I'm making a hat with crochet because I don't have circular needles at the moment and: never again, it's so stressful, I can't count the stitches properly and I hate that the work can move around so loosely. I want the stability of needles. The only crochet project I'll ever do is recycled rugs.

I'm so damn sick of books described as "[Popular Book 1] meets [Popular Book 2] in this [Adjective] [Adjective] [Genre] novel". I check out a series of books and every single one has this formula. Tired as fuck. And it's always the same Popular Books.

The TLDR is that they wanted to supercharge their crowdfund platform and sell it to others, and had investors lined up to finance it. Feeling bold, they dipped into author royalties to start work early. The investments didn’t come through and the platform flopped, leaving them unable to pay us.

I love that it has realistic themes compared to other fantasy gachas. In the first city classism and racism towards demons play a part in how the MC navigates the world, and Pan Studio doesn't seem afraid to display discriminations clearly.
