The BMW Vision Next 100 introduced in 2016 would be my go to choice and the only motorcycle I’d ever ride - all electric, self-stabilizing and looks fantastic! I lived in Honduras for a few years in the 80s & our maid was an absolute wiz at making frijoles refritos - she used the waste bacon fat which I am convinced was what made them so good. Restaurants served the beans in a cazuela which was over an anafre with a fire in it to keep things hot. Delicious
