Honestly, this is such a dumb take, it's getting exhausting. The Punisher doesn't "hate" cops. He hates criminals. He kills them, actually, because he's a libertarian revenge fantasy rooted in 70's exploitation. Occasionally a corrupt cop would show up and he'd deal with them. He's also not real.
