I am still early but my initial take on Star Wars Galactic Racer after the first 2-3 hours: It might be one of the most overrated games I've seen in int he last few years. It's very flashy which I think is grabbing a lot of people. But the racing itself so far feels mediocre.

Harbour Masters (Ship of Harkinian) evidentally imploded in the lastfew hours due to member sof the team caught using AI (vulkan renderer and runtime). When this started being discovered there was an attempt to modify the github commits. They are now playing the "we are being bullied" card.

Frankly I just don't care about these remakes (OoT Re). Ten years ago I'd probably be ecstatic. But I am just so tired of the endless mining and rehashing of the past when the literal past thing not only still exists and is accessible but 100% holds up as a game and story to this day.

Trying to swap a radiator in an existing system without doing a full rebuild is an absolute hassle. Why these fan companies can’t use an alt color or at least a checkered patten for pin connector cables I do not understand.

My first foray into video editing in Final Cut Pro after 20 years of using Sony Vegas. FCP has crashed twice on this 2 min long vid project with minimal effects. This is on a M5 Pro. Money well spent.

PC components have never been more unnecessarily expensive yet I absolutely love how despite these things being exponentially more pricey everything is still being stamped out of old Pepsi cans with zero edge tapering. Just raw razor sharp premium scrap.
