Ooh do you have a Garmin too!? I have the Venu 3S and gave it a pretty 'spa' looking face. I also changed the strap yesterday to a metal mesh one (7 quid on Amazon), as the rubber one just made me sweat too much.

Sadly can't be done in UK without planners being accused of being ableist. In Bristol for example, any time another small bit of rd becomes pedestrianised, dozens of pensioners whinge that they can't park directly outside the door of the shop/cafe/venue they want to go to.

It never get clean properly in a dishwasher, I always end up having to soak it and then poke the bristles of a scrubbing brush through the holes to clean it

Our old flat looked amazing in the professional agent pics, especially as we'd gone to great lengths decluttering and putting stuff in storage. The next sleepless night from our arsehole upstairs neighbour made sure we never took it off the market.

I know the US-UK comparison can get old, but the disposable food container 'thing' is baffling me. I know the paper plates have been heartily mocked, bur I'm starting to see people making quiches and pies in those disposable tin trays. The kind we'd (in UK) only get from shop bought stuff. Odd.

Unless you've had a few vaginal births, I don't really think there's any such thing as a 'big' vagina. It's a muscular tube that is capable of retaining it's shape, so all these odd American chaps saying women are 'run through' and 'baggy' (especially if child free) are really telling on themselves!

I grew up on the Wirral and went to Lancaster Uni. Tbh I didn't really make the most of my time in Lancs and found Wirral deeply dull. Moved away to SW as soon as I left uni!

I've been 5'7" (170cm) since I was 14 (43 now) and I always felt really short because there were quite a few 5'10" and over girls in my year ar school. I know I'm not very tall, but felt taller after moving to a different region 20+years ago. Must have been a weird geographical anomaly in NW!

Waaaaaay before WW2. I used to live in a flat in a Georgian building in Bristol, England. We had original sash windows down with shutters like this. They make a huge difference in terms of heat and noise, especially with old single-glazed windows

I have a Merc but ride a Suzuki motorbike most of the time, so hopefully not classed as a Merc berk! I do always let people out and have become a pretty patient driver since getting a bike license.
