I just heard @npr.org say "no one knows how to fairly divvy up the bill" regarding the increase in utility costs due to data centers. Easy. Data centers pay. The infrastructure, increase, their own bills. If I walk into a store and fuck up everything in there, I have to pay for it. Why don't they?
