Since getting my amlexanox back in hand though, I bounced back pretty quickly, and have had a better past week and a half than what my Oct/Nov average baseline was. I've been on a couple short walks recently, and am going to keep trying to go for walks where my HR stays in zone 3

First walk for fun since 2023 🫡 (other than a short jaunt literally just across the street to a cute shop in September)

5 - ModerateA graph of my heart rate over the course of the walk, labeled with custom heart rate zones to help prevent me from overdoing physical activity. Back when I had more frequent ME/CFS crashes, 80s is free, 90s means I need to sit down soon, 100 means I should sit down right away. My current tolerance appears to have shifted upwards by about 10 bpm. So, activity in the 90s is relatively free (but still needs to be limited), low 100s means I should stop soon, 110 means stop now. I got about the first half of my walk in before my heart rate started hopping above 100. This is pretty good for me!

Yesterday I started HydroPerox Ease, a supplement recommended to me by a naturopath who practices functional genomic type work. (As always, happy to share provider names if folks are looking for good providers.) The purpose is to assist in breaking down excess hydrogen peroxide in the body.

Ok I'm sure this is messy initial data but it seems I've got it set up ok! Gonna be reeeal interesting to compare lying down to being upright
Screenshot of the Lumia app as seen on an iPhone. A graph shows average "flow index" (a representation of blood flow to the head) and heart rate.

Opening up my Lumia device!! Aaaaaaaa I'm so excited
Open Lumia box showing the logo and a welcome packetOpen box showing the charger and the carrying caseKit contents laid out on a green gray comforter: different padding sizes box, charger, storage case, and adorably--two packs of electrolytes. Because if a person has dysautonomia, chances are they could always use extra electrolytes lol

Since we're gonna be doing a lot of gut work in coming weeks, and my vagus nerve is hella touchy when it comes to anything gut related for me, I'm starting this book on the vagus nerve. Thanks to my buddy @liapas.bsky.social for the recommendation! Hopefully some daily exercises will help 🙏
