HashtagAF @hashtagaf.bsky.social · 04/10/2026Jackets special teams looked so good last game. Sadly tonight's special teams is the Jackets we're all familiar with. Got a lot of ugly tape to review over the next 5 days. 000

HashtagAF @hashtagaf.bsky.social · 01/10/2026Prediction markets are the end of society. There's zero reason for them to exist and everyone involved with them need to be in prison. 010
HashtagAF @hashtagaf.bsky.social · 28/09/2026Would be great to see them move away from the Jarmo way of dealing with young stars instead of extending it under Don. Hopefully this off-season was a wakeup call but I won't hold my breath. 010
HashtagAF @hashtagaf.bsky.social · 28/09/2026There was no outcome where the Jackets were going to win a Marchenko trade. Dude is a special talent. Sucks ass he wanted out but they got a top 6 winger back and at least that portion of the CBJ drama doesn't drag on all season. 240
HashtagAF @hashtagaf.bsky.social · 28/09/2026Wish they could've gotten Danford in the deal, but this feels like the best outcome for the Jackets. Toronto obviously wins this deal netting Marchenko with an extension but Knies, a 2nd rd pick, and they offload Wood and Elvis is good get for the Jackets. 030
HashtagAF @hashtagaf.bsky.social · 28/09/2026He had 50 goal potential with the CBJ. He absolutely gets there on a line with Matthews. 010
HashtagAF @hashtagaf.bsky.social · 28/09/2026Yeah that would do it. Would imagine some defensive prospects/players coming the Jackets way as well given the injuries and Z uncertainty. 110
HashtagAF @hashtagaf.bsky.social · 28/09/2026Mathew Knies better be a part of any deal for Kirill and they'd still have to offload another contract in the deal to make it work. 210
HashtagAF @hashtagaf.bsky.social · 28/09/2026I'm so over political ads. There needs to be a national that requires anyone donating to a political ad make a matching donation to that states food bank. Then at least people actually benefit from all this bullshit. 000
HashtagAF @hashtagaf.bsky.social · 24/09/2026As in the league is trying to entice them to support expansion by increasing the cap? 000
HashtagAF @hashtagaf.bsky.social · 24/09/2026I'm shocked he signed for less than 14 given he signed for 6yrs. Just now realizing though if Voronkov or KJ actually have rebound seasons the Jackets won't be able to afford either of them next year. Just assuming Marchenko is gone next year regardless. 100

HashtagAF @hashtagaf.bsky.social · 19/09/2026Same. I'd tell him to go fuck himself and refuse to trade him. He's a RFA at the end of the season. Have fun holding out back in Russia. 020
HashtagAF @hashtagaf.bsky.social · 17/09/2026There's literally no data to suggest that this is a winning strategy for Dems. This bullshit is why they continue to lose and why people won't vote for them. Absolutely worthless party that refuses to listen to voters. 030
HashtagAF @hashtagaf.bsky.social · 17/09/2026I'll always be annoyed that studios can't adapt the RE franchise accurately. The storyline, especially 1-4 aren't difficult to adapt and would require minimal changes. All that being said, this still looks like a fun movie when you set aside it actually has nothing to do with the RE storyline. 010
HashtagAF @hashtagaf.bsky.social · 16/09/2026You'd think at the very least a quick Google search on a person would be standard due diligence before making these types of posts/announcements. 010
HashtagAF @hashtagaf.bsky.social · 16/09/2026It's crazy how delusional Jackets fans are about Fantilli. The off-season was a disaster in every way. Top players want out, Philly reset the market with the offer sheet. It absolutely sucks but he has all the leverage and every right to use it the fullest if he's going to sign a long term deal. 010
HashtagAF @hashtagaf.bsky.social · 16/09/2026I'm gonna guess that 5 x 14 is what Fantilli wants and the best case scenario would be them meeting at 6 x 14. The game of musical chairs is over for comparibles. 120

HashtagAF @hashtagaf.bsky.social · 23/07/2026Not making any changes to the defense this off-season is pretty wild. So many talented young forwards and defenders traded this summer and they didn't land a single one of them. But hey they did land a pair of trade requests! 320
HashtagAF @hashtagaf.bsky.social · 23/07/2026I'm still good with the Sillinger pick and wouldn't classify him as a bust. Jiricek fits the bill for sure but what's more annoying than him being a bust is that Waddell had the chance to salvage that pick with a trade and absolutely shit the bed. 120

HashtagAF @hashtagaf.bsky.social · 02/07/2026With how shitty this offseason has been for the Jackets I can't wait for Don Waddell to add to the pain with a bridge deal for Fantilli. 010
HashtagAF @hashtagaf.bsky.social · 01/07/2026Sorry but this joint press release by Don Waddell and Zach Werenski is nothing but damage control by both sides. They both screwed this situation up so bad that the only option left was for him to play in Columbus this year and neither party wanted the scene of him getting booed all season. 120
HashtagAF @hashtagaf.bsky.social · 01/07/2026A trade package centered around Harley would've made them better w/o Werenski. So of course he kills the deal because none of his MAGA buddies are on the team. Their stance absolutely needs to be no Harley, no deal. Him and his agent can figure it out. DW can turn his focus to trading Marchenko. 030
HashtagAF @hashtagaf.bsky.social · 30/06/2026I'm perfectly fine with Garland staying because effort will never be in question with him. Is he worth 6 million, no, but they will likely need him to hit cap floor when this goes full rebuild lol. 110
HashtagAF @hashtagaf.bsky.social · 27/06/2026Knies, Danford, 2 1st rd picks would be a starting point. But then they'd have to get a young NHL ready defender for Marchenko. Carolina is more intriguing for sure with Nikishin, Nadeau, and 2 1st rd picks. 100
HashtagAF @hashtagaf.bsky.social · 27/06/2026Nikishin has to come with a long term extension. Lundell is at least signed through 29-30. 110
HashtagAF @hashtagaf.bsky.social · 27/06/2026💯. He looked absolutely defeated and not up for the challenge. The fact that he has been aimlessly loading up on 30+ year old players and caught off guard by all of this shows he has no idea what he's doing and should not be the one to make the two biggest trades in franchise history. 030

HashtagAF @hashtagaf.bsky.social · 27/06/2026Those are three solid building blocks but in order for them to be able to build they have to have a GM who can actually swing a NHL trade and Waddell doesn't appear to be that guy. 010
HashtagAF @hashtagaf.bsky.social · 27/06/2026Trading for Nichushkin makes absolutely zero sense now. Trying to half ass go all in this season is how this team always fails to become a successful franchise. 020
HashtagAF @hashtagaf.bsky.social · 25/06/2026Pretty much feel the same. Problem still remains that they seem intent on running the same team back out this season and hope a full season of Bones is the difference. They have plenty of assets to acquire proven young NHL talent, but Don so far seems too risk adverse to do it. 030
HashtagAF @hashtagaf.bsky.social · 25/06/2026Not trading him this summer is going to be a big mistake. He shouldn't be the next captain, the keys need to he handed to Fantilli to make this team his. CBJ can easily get the Hughes trade package for him and should do it now if he's still upset about the losing culture getting called out. 010

HashtagAF @hashtagaf.bsky.social · 17/06/2026Insanely frustrating given all the teams looking to offload some pretty talented players. Running it back with the same team with minor upgrades thinking a full season of Bones is going to fix things is depressing as hell. Here's hoping we're wrong and some serious trades are made. 120
