Today in Apple development: Xcode 27 no longer lets you drag and drop arbitrary files into the simulator Solution? I'm adding my files to transfer to my blog's static directory, loading that up in Safari on the sim, and downloading it from there

Today is extremely niche SwiftUI bugs: If you have a TabView > non-default tab > NavigationSplitView > sidebar which hides the sidebarToggle You see a bunch of extra space at the top until the next layout pass

This seems consistent across products. The $400 Apple Watch 12 is $600 here, the $1200 iPhone 18 Pro is $1700+ While the official exchange rate is 95 INR, looks like Apple's new exchange rate is about 1USD to about 150INR
